Important legal notices
1) The transportation during our flights IS NOT regulated by the terms of Air Transport Regulations of 17.08.2005. The pilots liability and respectively the contracting party liability adverse the passengers is contractually limited to CHF 72'500.-- for death or injury, and to CHF 2'000.-- for loss or damage to transported goods. The indemnification paid to the damages beneficiaries is based on casualty insurance for passengers which has been contracted by the pilot or the aircraft owner is imputed in its entirely on the recommended settlement based on liability claims.
2.) A flight may be shifted to another date by the pilot at any time, for example if weather conditions do not allow a secure take off or flight.
3.) Your flight will be organized and accomplished by the professional Team-Parajoy. We exclusively work with pilots that are licensed by the Swiss Hang Gliding Association (SHV) and the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA).
