Procedure for a tandemflight
After booking a tandemflight you will receive a flight-ticket, which can be redeemed during one year starting from the date of issue. To do so just contact us by e-mail or on the phone and agree upon date, time and place for meeting your pilot. It is recommended to contact us one week before the desired flight date. We accept short term reservations and booking depending upon free capacity.
The evening before your flight or the morning of the flight please call the info number 079 304 15 13 which informs whether the flight is accomplished (this is weather dependent!).
Meet your pilot at the meeting place and together you will go to the takeoff place. Before the flight you will receive all necessary information from the pilot concerning your tandem flight. He will issue a flight ticket to you, which you will have to sign. This means that you recognize the rules of the insurance company (details on the back of the flight ticket or here).
If your flight cannot be accomplished because of bad weather conditions, contact us again to agree a date for your flight.
